Is free shipping available?
Yes. Free shipping is available for orders with subtotals of $75 USD or more AND that are ship within the contiguous U.S.

What are shipping fees and when do they apply?
Standard shipping rates apply for order subtotals that are below $75 USD.
Exact charges will be displayed at checkout and are calculated by the selected carrier - based on factors including your order's total value, weight, package volume, and destination.
Do you ship internationally?

What's the difference between sterling silver and stainless steel?
Although both are silver in color, sterling silver and stainless steel are two distinctly different metals with differing characteristics. The primary differences being that sterling silver is a precious metal known for its luster and tendency to tarnish, while stainless steel is more durable, resistant to rust and corrosion, and typically more affordable.

We source our products from a number of vendors, who work with producers located around the globe. Given this, our product orgins vary - however, they typically include Thailand, Bali, China and the U.S.

Unfortunatley, no.
How Are Exchanges Managed?
What do I do about incorrect or damaged items?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive incorrect or inadvertently damaged products, contact us at info@colctv.com no more than 15 days after the carrier's logged delivery date. We will be happy to work with you to resolve the matter.
Unfortunately, we can only address damages that inadvertently occur while the products are in our possession - NOT after the products are transferred to the carrier. If product damage occurs while the items are in the carrier's possession, a claim should be filed directly with the carrier for resolution.
